Please note: Embroidery turnaround time time is up to 4-6 weeks.

Shipping times follow production times listed above. Shipping times in Canada and the United States are approximately 4-8 business days. International orders may be up to 4 weeks. All orders are tracked. Please be aware that shipping delays may occur due to the pandemic and once it is dropped off at the post office it is in the postal services hands.

RETURNS/ EXCHANGES
Since every item in our shop is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if you ever have an issue with your order, and it is in some way not what you were hoping for, we would be happy to work with you to resolve the issue.
