What brand of clothing is used for my order?
Each item description will include the brand. Depending on the design:

• T-shirts are printed on Bella Canvas or Comfort Colors
• Sweatshirts and Hoodies are made on Gildan HeavyBlend.

When will my order ship?
All items are handmade to order. Pressed items may take 2-3 weeks, while embroidery timelines are 4-6 weeks. These timelines are often met well beforehand. 

How long does it take to ship an order?
Shipping time varies depending on your location. All items shipping to Canada and the USA usually arrive in 5-7 business days. Other locations outside of North America may take up to 4 weeks to arrive.

Can I receive my order by (insert date here)?
If you need your order by a certain date, please send a direct message through out Contact Us form before ordering to see if accommodations are available. We do not offer rush shipping at this time, so please plan accordingly! 

What size should I order?
Each of our listings contains a size chart to help you decide. All items are true to size and unisex. Please be sure to double check your size before ordering

Can I request a custom order?
Unfortunately, custom orders are not available. 

How do I care for my items?
Each apparel item comes with a tag with washing instructions. Be sure to wash inside out, hang to dry, and do not iron directly on the press design!
