When will my order ship?
All orders ship up to 4 weeks from purchase date unless otherwise specified (embroidery orders have a 6-8 week turnaround time). All items are handmade to order.

What size should I get?
Each of our listings contains a size chart to help you decide. All items are true to size and unisex. Please be sure to double check your size before ordering.

Can I receive my order by (insert date here)?
If you need your order by a certain date, please send an email to shopsageandsprout.com before ordering to see if accommodations are available. We do not offer rush shipping at this time, so please plan accordingly! 

How long does it take to ship an order?
Shipping time varies depending on your location. All items shipping to Canada and the US usually arrive in 5-7 business days. All other locations may take up to 4 weeks to arrive. Please note that delays do occur which we unfortunately have no control over.

Can I request a custom order?
Custom orders are not available. 

Why are there no embroidery items offered?
Embroidery items are offered at select times. Follow us on social media to find out when these offerings are available. You may also want to check the "We made too much" section for select embroidery (limited selection).

How do I care for my items?
Each apparel item comes with a tag with washing instructions. Be sure to wash inside out, hang to dry, and do not iron on the design!
